How to Order
You may order with us online, by
calling (877)
455-TOYS (8697), or by
faxing your order page and credit
card information to (877)
455-TOY8 (8698). Your
credit card will not be charged
until you click the "Place
Order" button.
When you see an item online you think you'd like to buy, click the "Add to Cart" button, which will take you to your "Shopping Cart" page. Confirm that the item you selected on the previous page is listed in the box and select the quantity you wish to order. Click "Continue Shopping" to continue shopping or select "Checkout" to begin the purchasing process.
To remove an item from your bag or change a quantity, go to the "Shopping Cart or Checkout" Page (see top Menu Bar). Click on the "Remove" link next to the item you wish to remove or reduce the quantity. Continue shopping or go to Checkout.
When you checkout, you will be asked for your name, e-mail and billing address, shipping method and ship to address, and credit card information. You will then be shown the total amount of your order including sales tax and shipping charge. Please review all information for accuracy before clicking "Process My Order." If you need to change or correct anything, go back to the previous pages and make the necessary changes and re-initiate the checkout process.
Once you've submitted your order,
you usually cannot change it or
cancel it since we try to process
orders as quickly as possible -

Merchandise Availability & Backorders
Items not currently available may
be backordered. Placing a
backorder enables us to ship the
item to you as soon as it arrives.
We receive most of our backordered
items within 1 - 4 weeks; imported
or those of limited availability
may take a few more weeks.
During checkout, please confirm
all items and quantities ordered,
along with your shipping and billing
information.
Placing a backorder will not delay the shipment of other available items in your order. Backordered items are shipped as soon as we receive them back in inventory, and you'll be sent a separate shipping confirmation at that time. You will not be charged for backordered items until we are ready to process your backorder.
Shipping charges are based on total order value including any backordered items. There is no additional shipping charge when backordered items ship.

Pricing & Corrections
While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information on our website, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to make corrections to price or other information.
Gift Options
Our gift wrap is striking and modern and is appropriate for any occasion. Select the Gift Package option on the Item Page for free gift wrap.
We wrap your gift in either green or purple paper, and tie it with a satin ribbon printed with a Woopsiedaisy Toy Shop logo. The recipient will be delighted. Unfortunately, we are not able to gift package oversized or odd-sized items.
Sales Tax
In accordance with regulations of the State of California, applicable sales tax is automatically calculated based on order merchandise value and gift wrap charges for shipments to residents of California. Shipments to destinations other than California are not charged sales tax.
Shipping Charges & Delivery
We ship orders within the continental US via UPS by three methods: UPS Standard
Delivery, 2nd Business Day UPS Air Delivery, or Next Day UPS Air Delivery. Shipping
rates are based on total weights of available and backordered items and shipping
destination address. Separate shipping charges apply to each ship-to address.
Occasionally, we may ship items separately, but you will not incur an additional
shipping charge. For expedited delivery of oversize items, an additional shipping
charge will be applied. Please call for rate.
Most orders are processed and items are shipped within 2 business days after
receipt of an order. Weekends and holidays are not considered shipping days.
To estimate your delivery date, add the delivery time for the shipping method
you select to the 2 days needed for order processing. Delivery times vary depending
on the shipping method chosen, the season, and your distance from our fulfillment
center near San Francisco, California.

UPS Delivery in 48 Contiguous United
States.
Customary delivery time is 3 - 10 days from the date of shipment. (Goods usually
arrive in 4 to 12 business days from the date of our e-mail confirmation of your
order.)
2nd Business Day Air Delivery in 48 Contiguous United States
and Alaska & Hawaii.
Delivery time is by the end of the 2nd business day from the date of shipment.(Goods
arrive within 2-3 business days from the date of our e-mail confirmation of your
order. In stock orders received before noon Eastern Standard Time will arrive
within 2 business days from the date of our e-mail confirmation of receipt of
your order; orders received after noon Eastern Standard Time will arrive within
3 business days from such time.)
Next Day Delivery in 48 Contiguous United States.
Delivery time is by the end of the next business day from the date of shipment.
(Goods arrive within the next business day from the date of our e-mail confirmation
of your order. In stock orders received before noon Eastern Standard Time will
arrive within the next business day from the date of our e-mail confirmation
of receipt of your order; orders received after Eastern Standard Time will arrive
within 2 business days from such time.)
All deliveries to Alaska or Hawaii are shipped 2nd Day Air, and there is an additional charge of $10.00 above the standard 2nd Day Air rate.

We are proud of our products and want you to be completely satisfied. If your expectations are not met for any reason and you wish to return or exchange an unused item, you may mail it back within thirty (30) days of receipt.
- Items returned must be in new, unused condition in their original packaging with all accessories.
- Return the Packing List included with your shipment, confirm that it lists your name, correct address & daytime phone number.
Please retain your postal and insurance receipts. Credit in the amount of the purchase price, excluding shipping and gift packaging charges, will be issued to the same credit card account as used in the original purchase. Please allow at least 21 business days from the date of return for the credit to be processed.
